The alleged contemnors have appeared before this Court namely Ms. Renu Arora, Advocate, age 37 years, D/o Ravinder Kumar Arora, R/o VPO Pattar Kalan, Jalandhar as well as Preeti, age of 48 years, W/o Sushil Kumar, R/o House No.9, Badri Colony, Green Town, Basti Danishmandan, Jalandhar.

It may be noticed that both the contemnors have furnished an affidavit tendering unconditional apology with the further undertaking that such act will not be repeated and they had no intention to tarnish the image/reputation of the Court. Further, orally, both the alleged contemnors state that any word said which causes scandalous, derogatory, salacious and false allegations, be treated as withdrawn as they had no intention to tarnish the reputation of the Court concerned with the further plea that they will not indulge in any such kind of incidents in future.

In view of the above mentioned facts, the said unconditional apology is accepted.

It is made clear that in case any such act is repeated by any of the alleged contemnor, harsh action will be taken against them without any compassion shown.

The petition stands disposed of.
