Through the instant writ petition, prayer is made for quashing the checking report dated 20.03.2018 (Annexure P-12), memo dated 05.04.2018 (Annexure P-14), demand letter dated 21.06.2018 (Annexure P-23), and, order dated 17.09.2018 (Annexure P-28). 2.

The impugned order dated 17.09.2018 (Annexure P-28), whereby, the objections filed by the petitioner have been rejected, is an order appealable under Section 127 of the Electricity Act, 2003. Therefore, the petitioner is relegated to the authority concerned for redressal of its grievance.

The instant writ petition was filed way back in the year 2018. Therefore, in case, the petitioner takes recourse to the apposite statutory remedy by filing appeal within 15 days from today and the said appeal is DEVINDER YADAV 2025.01.15 09:11 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP-28755-2018 accompanied by an application for condonation of delay, the authority concerned shall consider the same sympathetically, inasmuch as, the petitioner was agitating its claim before this Court since 2018. 4.

It is further made clear that, in case the appeal is filed within the above stipulated period, the interim directions passed by this Court on 14.11.2018 shall remain in force till the decision of the appeal. 5.

Disposed of accordingly.
