Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of the charge-sheet dated 04.06.2008 (P-1) as well as impugned order dated 11.02.2016(P-5).

On 06.07.2022, no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Today again, there is no representation for the petitioner. It seems that petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
