Present petition has been filed seeking direction in the nature of habeas corpus for release of the 03 year old minor child (detenue) of the petitioner from the hands of respondents No.4 & 5. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the custody of the minor child i.e. detenue has already been given to the petitioner and thus, the present petition has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
