MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) This is 2nd petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 593 dated 09.10.2019 under Sections 148/149/323/342/379-B/377/506 IPC (later on Section 379-B IPC has been deleted) registered at Police Station Quilla Panipat. The learned counsel submits that similarly situated co-accused have been extended the concession of regular bail. On a pointed query put to the learned counsel with regard to the date when the co-accused were granted regular bail, this court has been apprised that it was prior in time to the petition which was withdrawn by him on 14.07.2020. In view of the above, this court does not find any substantial change of circumstances which would warrant acceptance of the prayer in RUPINDER KAUR 2021.01.29 15:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document the instant petition for grant of regular bail.
CRM-M-41636-2020 [ 2 ] The petition is dismissed. However, it is made clear that any observation made herein shall not be construed as an expression of opinion on the merits of the case.
