**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The grievance of the petitioners before this Court is that he is working as Ziledar in Ziledari Office Section Ningana. He is to retire on 31.11.2018. His service book has been sent to Engineer-in-chief, Irrigation Department, Panchkula as per letter dated 14.08.2018 for next promotion to the Head Office vide letter dated 23.08.2018. The prayer of the petitioner is that he be promoted before his retirement, as he is fully eligible. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation dated 26.10.2018 (Annexure P-2) but no action has been taken till date. In view of the above factual position, this petition, at this stage is being disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, by giving a direction to respondents to decide the representation dated 26.10.2018 (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law, expeditiously.
