(Oral) The present first petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.0067 dated 03.05.2026 registered under Sections 118(1), 3(5), 61(2) and 351 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Naya Gaon, District SAS Nagar Mohali. 2.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition.
