This matter is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing due to the outbreak of pandemic, COVID-19.

Limited prayer addressed in this petition is that appeal dated 04.08.2021 filed by the petitioner, Annexure P7, challenging order No. 243/SE/HR dated 09.03.2021 in respect of charge sheet No. CH-51/ESG-5459, be decided in a time bound manner.

Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions from Jaidev Gulia, Assistant, DHBVN submits that the appeal shall be decided positively within ten weeks from today.

In view of the statement made on behalf of the respondent, this writ petition is rendered infructuous.
