***** AMAN CHAUDHARY, J. (ORAL) 1. Learned counsel submits that though the petitioner is the senior most Deputy Director and is entitled for promotion as Joint Director, Horticulture, two posts of which were lying vacant, however, his claim has not been considered, despite the instructions dated 11.07.2024, Annexure P-5. In this regard, representations dated 12.02.2025 and 26.05.2025, Annexures P-6 and P-7 respectively, have been submitted, however, the same have yet not evoked any response. He thus, on instructions prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 2.
In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representations dated 12.02.2025 and 26.05.2025 within a period of 4 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner.
