On 13.07.2023 the anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner in the Court of Addl. Sessions Judge, Ludhiana was got dismissed as withdrawn at that stage with liberty to file afresh. The petitioner instead of approaching the said Court by filing a fresh application has chosen to approach this Court. On being questioned qua the maintainability of the present petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail her remedies as available in law.
