**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to ensure fair and impartial investigation in case bearing FIR No.90 dated 27.03.2021, registered at Police Station Salem Tabr, Ludhiana, under Sections 408 and 120-B IPC and Section 381 IPC (added later on).

On 16.08.2023, learned State counsel has sought time to seek instructions in the above noted FIR.

Today, learned State counsel, on the instructions from SI Harjit Singh, submits that in the present case there are total 11 accused, out of whom, 9 have already been arrested and challan qua them has been presented before the Court concerned and regarding the remaining 2 accused, P.O. proceedings are going on.

Since, out of the total 11 accused persons, 9 have already been arrested and challan qua them has been presented and against the AMAN JAIN 2023.08.31 10:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
