(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court with liberty to take appropriate remedy for vindication of the grievance sought in the writ petition, in essence, to prima facie establish that the area shown in the photographs has actually been encroached by the encroachers and as well as the site plan annexed with the writ petition prepared at the instance of the petitioner.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. If any application for demarcation is moved, the same shall be decided after affording opportunity to the petitioner and as well the persons purported to have been in unauthorized occupation by passing the speaking order.
