**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ challenging the election of respondent No.7 on the ground that he has submitted forged matriculation certificate/mark sheet.

Precisely, for the grievance in question, petitioner and another have already submitted a representation before the Deputy Commissioner- respondent No.4 on 13.03.2023, but the same has not been decided so far.
