Present bunch of eight petitions, he details of which are mentioned in the heading involve common point of law and common set of facts, hence, they are being dealt together.

In the present bunch of petitions, the challenge is to the impugned awards by which, the claim of the petitioners for reinstatement
-3inservice alongwith full backwages and the other consequential benefits has been dismissed by the Tribunal.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as of now, respondent No. 2-company, namely, M/s Atlas Cycle (Haryana) Ltd. is no more in existence which fact is also clear from the order dated 23.11.2023 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No. 24451 of 2017 titled as M/s Atlas Cycles (Haryana) Ltd. v. State of Haryana and others, and the said writ petition i.e. CWP NO. 24451 of 2017 has been disposed of as having been rendered infructuous, hence, the present petitions have also been rendered infructuous.

Keeping in view the said fact that the respondent No.2 -company is no longer in existence and no relief has been granted to the petitioners even by the Labour Court vide its impugned Award dated 18.01.2017 (Annexure P-3) and even against the said award, no perversity has been brought on record by learned counsel for the petitioners, hence, the present petitions are disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. 5.
However, in case, the petitioners have any other remedy available to them, they can avail the said remedy in accordance with law. 6.
Pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, stands disposed of.
