**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The petitioners herein who were appointed on the post of Work Mistri, Work Munshi and Clerk respectively, were asked to discharge duty of a higher post i.e. on the post of Junior Engineer (Civil) /Legal Assistant, however, to date have not been paid salary/emoluments of the higher post for the period that they had officiated against such post. The petitioners herein have already approached the department concerned for redressal of the grievances but to date the same has not been decided. Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners would be satisfied in case their representation is decided expeditiously.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners In view of the limited prayer made, without going into the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file a fresh representation within a period of two weeks along with the certified copy of this order. On receipt of the said representation, respondent No.2 is directed to decide the same by passing a speaking order Satyawan 2017.02.
