RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to respondents to allow the petitioner to cultivate the land. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that petitioner has already filed a civil suit, which is pending adjudication before Civil Court, Ludhiana.

After hearing counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedies before the appropriate authority in accordance with law. August 16, 2023 ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
