(ORAL) This writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the notice dated 12.01.2017 (Annexure P-12) issued under Section 13(4) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the alternative remedies. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. However, it shall be open to the petitioner to take recourse the remedies as may be available to it in accordance with law.
