(Oral) Petitioner by way of present petition is seeking a writ of mandamus to direct the official respondents to consider and appoint him to the post of Constable pursuant to advertisment dated 31.05.2016. Though stand of the State is that petitioner was lower in the merit than the last candidate selected yet an order shall be passed and conveyed to him at the earliest.

In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
