Mr.Ashwarya Bajaj, Advocate for the petitioner. **** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had been appointed as a Library Assistant on compassionate ground as his father, who was a regular employee, had expired while in service. The petitioner had been appointed under self-financing scheme but regular aided post is vacant and the petitioner being fully eligible may be considered. He further submits that the petitioner has sent a representation (Annexure P-6) to respondent No.6 in this regard and that he would be satisfied if this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the representation (Annexures P-6) in accordance with law. Issue notice to the respondents.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Anant Kataria, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the representation (Annexures P-6) in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
