CRM-A-2124-2019 Challenge in the present appeal is to order dated 02.02.2019 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sardulgarh whereby the complaint bearing No. COMI/127/2018 filed by the appellantwife under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC against the respondents/accused has been dismissed for want of prosecution.

Learned counsel for the appellant is unable to make out any ground that warrants interference in the order dated 02.02.2019 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sardulgarh. Dismissed.
