(Oral) Prayer in the present petition is for directing respondents No.1 to 5 to get conducted investigation in case bearing FIR No.521 dated 03.11.2025 registered under Sections 115, 118(1), 190, 191 (3), of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra through some independent agency/higher police officer. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition so as to pursue alternative efficacious remedies in accordance with law.
