In the instant writ petition, grievance raised by the petitioner that he retired from his services on 31.03.2018, but his retiral benefits have not been released to him, though no disciplinary proceedings or any criminal proceedings are pending against him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner got issued legal notice dated 09.07.2018 (Annexure P2), but the same has also not been decided so far by the respondents.

On asking of the Court, Mrs. Anju Arora, Additional Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to her during the course of the day.
