**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The petitioners herein who were appointed as Masters/Lecturers in different subjects with the respondent-State, are working on the post of Principal and have more than 7 years experience as working against the said post. They seek benefit for being appointed as Principal on account of the fact that they have already gained experience while working on the said post. The petitioners herein seek benefit as has been given to similarly situated candidates in CWP No. 6867 of 2014 decided on 23.01.2017. The petitioners herein have already approached the department concerned for redressal of grievance but to date the same has not been decided.
Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners would be satisfied in case their Legal Notice is decided expeditiously.
