(Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents to decide the representation dated 03.05.2016 (P-5) of the petitioner, in terms of order dated 27.02.2016 passed in LPA No. 1292 of 2015 (P-3) and order dated 21.03.2016 passed in CWP No. 5347 of 2016 (P-4) .
