[1] Due to COVID-19 situation, the Court is convened through video conference.

[2] This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 17, dated 20th January, 2020 under Section 302 IPC (Section 307 IPC was deleted and Section 323 IPC was added later on), registered at Police Station Sadar, District Palwal, Haryana. [3] After arguing for some time and realizing that this Court is not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage. [4] Dismissed as withdrawn.
