(Oral) The precise grievance of the petitioners before this Court is that the petitioners were transferred vide order dated 28.04.2016 and against the transfer orders, petitioners made representation that they have been transferred shown at their own request which they have never done and thus, sought cancellation of transfer and on the same day, respondent No. 3 vide letter dated 29.04.2016 (P-4) sent a request to respondent No. 2-Director General, State Transport Haryana, Chandigarh for cancellation of transfer orders, as the petitioners have never made any request to transfer them but despite the above said letter, respondent No. 2 is not taking any decision on the above said letter.

In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to take a final decision on the letter (P-4) given by respondent No. 3 with regard to cancellation of transfer of the petitioners, by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
