The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 04.03.2025 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-17507-2024. 2.

Learned State counsel contends that the State has already challenged the decision dated 04.03.2025 by filing LPA-2191-2025 and the Division Bench of this Court has stayed judgment dated 04.03.2025 passed by learned Single Judge.

In view of the above, the present contempt petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh contempt petition after the decision of LPA-2191-2025, if need be.

Dismissed with the liberty aforesaid.
