AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Prayer in present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to count the service of petitioner rendered on part time basis from 26.03.1991 to 05.11.2015 and to deduct the amount of General Provident Fund instead of EPF. Notice of motion.

On asking of Court, Mr. Hitesh Pandit, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court accepts notice on behalf of respondents/State.

Mr.Shrey Goel, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that petitioner, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider and decide legal notice dated 19.06.2019 (Annexure P-2) in the light of judgment dated 01.03.2019 passed by this Court in CWP No.1048 of 2016 titled as Jai Bhagwan Vs. CWP No.26654 of 2019 {2} In view of statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into merit of case or commenting thereon, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the legal notice dated 19.06.2019 (Annexure P-2) in the light of judgment dated 01.03.2019 passed by this Court in CWP No.1048 of 2016 titled as 'Jai Bhagwan Vs. State of Haryana and others', by passing a well reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

In case, legal notice is not decided within aforementioned specified time, there shall be costs of Rs.25,000/- to be paid by the concerned officer to the petitioner.
