Present writ petition for issuance of directions to the respondents to release admissible benefits i.e. arrears of revised scale along with interest at the rate of 24% till the date of its actual payment in lieu of acquiring higher qualification.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the purpose of redressal of her grievance, petitioner got issued legal notice dated 05.10.2018 (Annexure P7), but still no action has been taken thereon by the respondents.
