The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference due to COVID-19 situation.

This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No. 114, dated 15th October, 2020, under Sections 15 and 29 of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Sandaur, District Sangrur. From the paper book, it is forthcoming that prayer is for grant of regular bail whereas impugned order attached is with regard to declining anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
