(ORAL) Petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 24.12.2015 (Annexure P-6) passed by respondent No.3 and further a writ in the nature of mandamus has also been sought for directing the respondents to fulfil the promise made by them in the advertisement (Annexure P-1) and provide all basic amenities to the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioners either to approach the Civil Court or to take action before the appropriate authority under the Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act, 2016 in accordance with law.
