(Oral) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is for issuance of a direction to respondent Nos.2 to 5 to conduct fair and impartial inquiry in complaint dated 06.06.2025 and to take appropriate legal action against respondent Nos.6 to 8 after registration of FIR under the appropriate sections of IPC/BNS, 2023.

 

    earned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he had moved a representation dated 06.06.2025 (Annexure P-5) before respondent No.3, but no action on the same has been taken till date and he would be satisfied, if respondent No.3 is directed to look into and decide the said representation. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-the Superintendent of Police Dabwali, District Sirsa, to look into the aforesaid representation and decide the same, and to take appropriate steps as per law, if any required, at the earliest, regarding threat perception.
