Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of directions to the respondents to grant interest on the difference of ordinary pension and special pension to the petitioner, which were sanctioned after more than six years from the date of death of his husband without any reason. The husband of petitioner died during his service tenure on 28.02.2011 Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for redressal of grievance of the petitioner, she got issued legal notice dated 16.07.2018 (Annexure P6), but still no decision has been taken thereon. Learned counsel further contended that her grievance would be satisfied if the said legal notice is decided in a time bound manner.
In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to the respondents to look into legal notice dated 16.07.2018 DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2018.11.15 16:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
