(Oral) The Challenge in this appeal is to the judgment dated 10th October, 2014, whereby, the petition filed under Section 25 of the Guardian & Wards Act, 1890 (for brevity 'the Act'), for custody of the minor daughter namely 'Damanpreet Kaur' by the mother, was allowed by the trial Court. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant states that since no prayer for visitation rights was made before the trial Court, he be allowed to withdrawn the present appeal with liberty to the appellant to file an appropriate application seeking visitation rights before the trial Court. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the appellant to take recourse to the remedies available to him in accordance with law.
