(ORAL) By way of present revision petition, prayer has been made for issuance of directions to trial Court to expedite the trial in civil suit No.CS-9465-2021 titled as "Amar Kumar Vs. Gaurav Arora" pending before the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ludhiana. 2.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.
A perusal of zimni orders attached along with present revision petition shows that a suit for recovery was filed against respondents on 09.12.2021 wherein the service upon the defendants was effected on 09.08.2022 and filing of written statement on their behalf was concluded on 06.03.2023, however, till date, no adjudication has been made upon the applications filed under Order 38 Rule 1 & 2 CPC as well as Order 39 rule 1 & 2 CPC besides an application having been filed under Order 26 Rule 9 CPC and the proceedings in the suit are still at the initial stage, despite expiry of almost 1 year and 8 months of the filing.

In view of the above, the trial Court is requested to expedite the proceedings in the aforementioned suit and conclude the same preferably within a period of one and a half year. 5.
