RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 not to harass the petitioner and his parents repeatedly by calling them to the police station. Learned counsel has submitted that earlier also the enquiry was carried out and the petitioner was found innocent. Thereafter, again a frivolous complaint has been filed by respondent No.5 in contravention to the instructions issued by the DGP, dated 01.04.2008. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.Sandeep Kumar, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of official respondents. Heard.

The petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case he files a representation for redressal of his grievances to respondent No.3, i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police (Investigation), Bathinda, within MEENU 2022.09.09 16:54 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
