(Oral) Counsel submits that after filing of the present writ petition, order dated 11.03.2016 has been passed rejecting the case of the petitioner for promotion, which will have to be challenged. Resultantly, withdrawal of the writ petition is prayed for with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action and to challenge the said order. Ordered accordingly.
