**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) The primary challenge in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to the assessment order dated 30.06.2015 (Annexure P-3), passed by respondent No.3 on various grounds. 2.

It was not disputed that the order dated 30.06.2015 (Annexure P-3), which is impugned in this writ petition is an appealable order. Accordingly, in view of the order dated 09.05.2016 of this Court rendered in CWP No. 6983 of 2016, titled as "M/s Jindal Steel and Power Limited Vs. The Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax, Circle 1(1), Gurgaon and another", we refrain ourselves from entertaining the writ petition by relegating the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy of appeal, wherein, the petitioner shall be at liberty to take all the pleas that are sought to be raised in the present writ petition, before the appellate authority, in accordance with law.
