(Oral) While assailing the execution proceedings pending before the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, petitioner primarily banked on the fact that the matter had not attained finality, the appeal still being subjudice before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submitted that as of now, the matter already stands finally decided by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and consequently the execution proceedings are continuing before the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and payment is being made. It has been submitted that, under these circumstances, the petitioner does not wish to press upon the present petition.
