(Oral) The instant petition has been filed for seeking quashing of the Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the petitioner vide order dated 29.05.2026 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur in case SC-412022 titled "State of Punjab versus Suresh Kumar etc." arising out of FIR No. 18 dated 24.02.2021 registered under Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Regulation of Development) Act, 1957 at Police Station Garhshankar, District Hoshiarpur.

After arguing the matter at some length, Counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to take recourse to the alternative remedy available to him in accordance with law.
