The prayer in the present petition is for quashing the impugned result dated 21.03.2022 and order passed by the respondents dated 09.08.2022 qua SC category.

Learned counsel submits that the claim of the petitioner has been rejected on account of the fact that he does not have two years required experience after acquiring the qualification in 2015 while his certificate, Annexure P-7 is from July, 2014 to July, 2016.

The submission of the petitioner that he be considered for the post of Assistant Manager, I.A. category No.9, as the duties and responsibilities of the said post as that of Assistant Manager, Electrical, category No.7 for which he applied, are similar, is untenable in wake of the fact that he cannot be considered MOHIT 2024.08.08 18:23 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
