CWP-17494-2023 & -2CWP-23927-2023 2.
Learned counsel for respondents no.2 & 3 contends that the matter has been rendered infructuous since, vide office order dated 19.09.2024, joining report dated 29.07.2024 submitted by Sh. Atul Shukla as Principal, IHM, Faridabad, has been accepted subject to final outcome of SLP (C) No.30017 2024. Accordingly, the third respondent does not hold the temporary charge as Principal any longer.
3.
On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for respondents no.2 & 3 had made a similar statement, but the matter was adjourned since there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Today also, none appears on their behalf.
