(ORAL) By this common order, we will dispose of above-numbered six Civil Writ Petitions.
These writ petitions have been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to allot an alternative preferential plot to the petitioners in terms of the revised policy dated 18.02.2013 (Annexure P-4).
-3Notice of motion was issued and during the pendency of the writ petitions, a decision has been taken, which was placed on record by learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 wherein it has been stated that a proposal for allotment of 193 alternative plots in lieu of disputed plots of Sector 11, Bahadurgarh has been considered and it has been decided to allot 20 plots in Sector 11, Bahadurgarh and the remaining 173 plots in Sector 10, Bahadurgargh by way of draw of lots. It has been further stated by learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 that this exercise will be completed by 31.12.2018.
Copy of above-said decision/communication produced by learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 is taken on record and the same is Marked as 'A'.
In view of above, the present writ petitions stand disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
In case any grievance is left subsequent to the allotment, the petitioners would be at liberty to take appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
