Present writ petition for issuing directions to the respondents to release all the retiral benefits to him along with interest at the rate of 12%. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner superannuated from services on 25.01.2018, but he has not been given retiral benefits till date and no disciplinary proceedings are pending against the petitioner. Learned counsel further contended that petitioner got issued legal notice dated 09.07.2018 (Annexure P7), but the same has not been decided till now by the respondents and his grievance would be redressed if the said legal notice is decided within a stipulated time frame.
