RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.1 to 3 to take action on the representation, dated 29.05.2023, Annexure P-5, given by the petitioners to respondent No.1 with a further prayer to direct respondents No.1 to 3 to remove respondent No.5 from the post of Municipal Councilor, Ward No.14, Mansa.
It has been contended by counsel for the petitioners that representation dated 29.05.2023 Annexure P-5 was filed on but no decision has been taken on the same till date.
Notice of motion to official respondents only at this stage. On asking of the Court, Ms.Akshita Chauhan, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State.
