(Oral) This petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari setting aside advertisement no.33/2023 dated 24.06.2023 (Annexure P-8) qua essential qualification for the post of PGT-Biology as it excludes the necessary subject of Bioinformatics. Also, a writ of mandamus has been sought directing official respondents to amend essential qualification for the said post in the Mewat District School Education (Group-B) Service Rules, 2012 as well as the advertisement no.33/2023. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition to avail appropriate remedy by challenging the statutory service Rules of 2012, if so advised, wherein M.Sc. Bioinformatics has not been prescribed as an essential qualification for the post of PGT Biology.
