The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 is for the issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to expeditiously decide the pending representation dated 19.06.2025 (Annexure P-1) and restrain the respondent No.3 from illegally raiding the petitioner's house.

None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

The learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that multiple cases under the NDPS Act are pending against the husband and the son of the petitioner. However, as on date, the petitioner is not required for investigation in any case. If her presence is required, she would be summoned as per law.

In view of the submissions made by the counsel for the State, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. 5.

Disposed of.
