For the reasons given in the application, it is allowed. 2.
Delay of 11 days in filing of the appeal is condoned. Main Case 1.
This letters patent appeal has been filed assailing judgment dated 30.04.2026 passed by learned Single Judge, whereby writ petition filed by the appellant, has been dismissed.

A perusal of the judgment shows that learned Single Judge noticed that Commissioner, Faridabad Division, Faridabad, Camp at Nuh, had remanded the proceedings to the Assistant Collector 2nd Grade as all the SHEETAL 2026.07.03 11:59 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment High Court, Chandigarh
LPA-1677-2026 (O & M) -2co-sharers had not been impleaded as parties. Commissioner had ordered that after impleading the co-sharers, they should be heard, their statements should be recorded and proceedings should be taken to their logical end. 3.
During the course of hearing of petition before the writ court, appellant could not point out as to whether all the co-sharers were a party to the proceedings before the revenue authorities. This Court, therefore, does not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by learned Single Judge.

Finding no merit in the letters patent appeal, it is dismissed. 5.
Pending applications are disposed of.
