The grievance of the petitioner is against rejection of his nomination for Gram Panchayat election on the ground that the Matriculation Examination certificate submitted by him is fake as the name of the institution is not approved by Board of School Education Haryana.

The elections are scheduled to be held on 24.01.2016. (3)
It is too late at this stage to call upon the respondents to adjudicate the issue raised by the petitioner moreso when he has got the efficacious alternative remedy to file the election petition.

The instant writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to institute the election petition, if so advised, however, keeping in view all the attending circumstances, the Election Tribunal is directed to ensure that the election petition, if so filed, is decided within six months.
