No.0126 Dated 08.11.2024, Under Sections 319(2), 336(2), 340 (2), 61(2), and 201 Bharatiya Nayay Sanhita, Police Station Mallanwala. It is further prayed that the respondent no. 3 may kindly be directed to place on record the proceedings of enquiry before this Hon'ble Court, so that truth regarding founding accused Sukjit Singh and Jasvir Kaur be innocent, may come before this Hon'ble Court.' 2.
